And I'm just gonna walk through um really big overview of the site plan so we kind of get oriented.

But just a quick note that what's on your left side is the alley facing side.

Um, and then the uh Simpson is on the right side of the plan.

So down there at the bottom left, you've got the enclosed, the trash enclosure, which is screened facing the alley.

You have your three um outdoor um uncovered parking spaces, and then there are two more parking spaces in the accessory structure.

As you can see, there is a walkway taking you from the parking around the accessory building and then leading to the rear of the office building.

In the middle of the property is this open space that includes um some area for potential you know seating amenities, but also planting and additional landscaping.

And you have the office building, and then right adjacent to the street, you have the walkways to connect the sidewalk to the office building, and then also you can see it really clearly on this site plan.
