Meeting Transcript
He's probably watching the stream. Just ring it over here. I'd like to call the Lake County Contractor's Licensing Board of Friday, December 19th, 2025 to order. First thing on the agenda is Pledge of Allegiance, all right. Pledge allegiance. Here's the flag of the United States of America. And to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God. Indivisible. Liberty and Justice for All. Jesse Rippe? Here. Scott Cooper? Here. Commissioner Jerry Tippy? Sal Espino. Steve Niger. Here. Minutes as recorded. Are there any communications to come for the point? I think we need to take action this morning the 2026 meeting dates for the not only the licensing board, but the other states building hearing authority and the testing dates to accept those board next year's leading dates and times. Motion to approve the dates. Second. It's been moved and seconded to approve the dates for the licensing board meeting the unsafe hearing authority and the testing dates for the licensing board for 2026 on the question. All those in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Aye. Those opposed. One other thing to her communications. We need to establish who the officers are of this body who are going to point next year's president and vice president of the contractor's licensing board, as well as the, I guess it'd be the unsafes once we open that meeting, but we're not really doing that. So I don't know who wants to volunteer since there's only four of us here. I can want me to apply it. Yeah, if you'd like. No. Guess we need to announce who are going to fill those positions next month. Yeah, so next month we'll make a motion. And that concludes communications. Okay. No old business. Under new business. First is Artisan Quality Construction Incorporated. Jennifer Schroeder petitioner. General Contractor's License. Jennifer, what position do you hold with the company? The general manager. How long has Arsenal been a business? Since 2018, I believe October of 2018. How many employees do you have? Nine. Did somebody previously hold this license?
