Well, pardon me, I've never done this before here at the Planning Commission, but uh I wanted to um show my support and also my son, he believe it or not, the young guy over there is a homeowner, just recently bought his first house.

Uh the thing I do is uh take older properties and restore them, trying to make them look as nice as possible and keep them.

I can think nothing better than a really great development in that East Fremont area to be a shot in the arm to the community.

I think more housing is what we all want in in Vegas, and I I think we all know that more housing will actually control prices and keep prices lower.

As a matter of fact, from what I've seen, prices are actually coming down a little bit on the rental market.
