Moving on to item number five, bill number 2025-31 for possible action ordinance creating the city of Las Vegas, Nevada, special improvement district number eight nineteen, Summerlin Village 30A, ordering a street project, storm sewer project, sanitary sewer project, drain project, and water project within the city of Las Vegas, Nevada, and providing other matters related there too.

This is proposed by Joey Paskey, our director of public works.

Uh good morning, Mayor Pro Tem and members of Council.

My name is Zalala Malamu, Engineering Project Manager with the Department of Public Works for the Record.

This ordinance uh orders the creation of special improvement district eight nineteen, Summerlet Village uh 38.

Uh it is generally located west of the Clark County 215 beltway and north of uh Far Hills Avenue in Ward 2.

Uh SID 819 encompasses approximately 249 uh gross acres and is intended to be developed into approximately 1,052 uh single family residential units.

The SID will provide funding for the construction of public infrastructure, including uh drainage facilities, water lines, sewer systems, traffic signals, and roadway improvements in accordance in accordance with NRS 271.

The requesting developer is the Howard Hoose company and staff recommends approval.

Moving on to item number six, bill number 2025-32 for possible action ordinance concerning City of Las Vegas, Nevada Special Improvement District number 819, Summerlin Village 30A, assessing the cost of local improvements against the accessible property benefited by the local improvements and providing other matters related there too, proposed by Joey Paskey, Director of Public Works.

Specifically, this bill addresses the levying and assessment of the costs associated with the local improvements against the benefit accessible properties within the district.

And with that, staff recommends approval.

Hearing and seeing none, or any questions or comments, otherwise go for a motion.

Move to approve bill number 2025-32.

That item passes and will be heard at the September 3rd, 2025 City Council meeting.

Moving on to item number seven, bill number 2025-33 for possible action ordinance authorizing the issuance and cell by the city of it, special improvement district number eight nineteen, Summerlin Village 30A, local improvement bonds, series 2025, approving the form of certain documents with respect to such bonds, ratifying action taken by city officers toward the issuance of such bonds, and providing other matters related there too, proposed by Gelloyd Likos.

This is the director of finance.

Uh this ordinance pertains to the previously described SID 819 and authorizes the issuance and the sale of local improvement bonds uh to cover the cost of construction of the facilities included in the SID.

The total principal bond amount is planned at 16,425,000 dollars, and staff recommends approval.
