- Land Use Entitlement (Rainbow Blvd auto repair): After revisions reducing square footage and adding conditions (e.g., Sunday closure), council approved items B, C, and D (25-0109) for a motor vehicle repair facility.
- Sign Variance Required Review: Approved for a billboard at 5301 West Charleston Boulevard, subject to continued conformance and bird deterrent installation.

We're gonna go ahead and get started with our city council meeting for September third, two thousand twenty-five. We are officially called to order. We are officially called to order. Thank you. Okay, the September third, two thousand twenty-five meeting of the city council is called to order. This meeting has been properly noticed and posted in compliance with the open meeting law. And for those wondering, uh Mayor Berkeley is excused for this for this meeting. These proceedings are being video recorded and can be viewed live on City of Las Vegas TV on Cox Cable Channel 2. You can also watch the meeting live online and access other city content by visiting Las Vegas Nevada.gov slash connect. The proceedings will be rebroadcast on City of Las Vegas TV the Wednesday of the meeting at 8 o'clock PM, and also on Friday at 4 o'clock A.M. Saturday at 7 o'clock PM, Sunday at 7 o'clock A.M. and the following Monday at 5 o'clock PM. This building is protected by the state-of-the-art fire detection and suppression sprinkler system.
