Uh over the last couple of months, I've had uh uh an opportunity to view a few seminars, uh webinars.

Um, and several of them are by I think have been report important.

There's another seminar that's coming up on October the 30th.

Uh and that's from the National Alliance of Preservation Commission.

And they are putting on uh they're working with the American Planning Association this month to present a special webinar, integrating preservation into municipal and planning processes.

Uh there was a story in the Las Vegas Review Journal this past weekend regarding the the high school, Las Vegas High School, the historic one in downtown Las Vegas.

Uh and it's just interesting to read, and we'll just we'll just leave it at that point.

The last announcement I got a release from the city of Las Vegas regarding uh their accepting announcements for uh the Heldorado parade.

And we've had some opportunities over the past couple of years to have a uh entry into that parade, and I would hope this year the commissioners would support uh being involved in the 2026 parade.

Phase 2A (mechanical system integration) was completed, and construction is underway on a new student union building. Future phases (2027–2030) will include restoration of the historic main building (Fraser Hall) and old gymnasium into modern classrooms and a media center, plus demolition of Knapp Hall and later additions.
