Good morning. This is the recommending committee for January twentieth, two thousand twenty-six. The first item is we are officially called the order. And Miss Jackie, are we in compliance with the open meeting law? Yes, we are. Thank you so much. Item number three is public comment. Comment during this portion of the agenda must be limited to matters on the agenda. If you have something you'd like to say, please step forward now. Hearing and seeing none, we'll move on to item number four for possible action to approve the final minutes by reference to the January fifth, two thousand twenty-six recommending committee. I'll entertain a motion. We have two motions. This is a big one. And post. And those minutes are doubly approved. Moving on to item number five, Bill number twenty twenty-six one for possible action, adopts that certain document entitled Development Agreement for Monumental Hills Master Plan Community, including the Incorporated Monument Hills Development Standards and Design Guidelines, Monument Hills, Parks Agreement, and other incorporated elements. Uh 940 acres, si about six thousand units of housing, a military housing community, a ten-acre city park, and a thirty acre parcel devoted for economic development, a future economic development. And I'm happy to answer any questions. If not, uh John Rodilla's assistant city attorney has a something he'd like to comment on, a clarification or change.
