The amount of discussion as well as amount of time any single speaker is allowed may be limited. And seeing no one, I will close public comment. Item number four is possible action to approve the final minutes by reference of the regular meeting of January 26, 26. Do I have a motion? Discussion for possible action regarding amendment number two to the operating agreement between the City of Las Vegas redevelopment agency and City Parkway 5 Incorporated. And is there a staff report? Zach Blankfeld, senior management analyst. Staff recommends approval of this item in conjunction with approval from the RDA board on March 18th, 2026. Essentially, this extends the term of the agreement so that it's able to be termed on a terminated on a discretionary basis rather than on a timing basis. Okay, any discussion. No discussion. Okay. Uh the Las Vegas Art Museum of Art is working on their permits for the main building. City staff met with their new landscape architect this week to discuss how to integrate securing their artwork with the landscaping. The museum is also close to flying finalizing the plans for their offices and media lab located in the Promenade Garage at the corner of Grand Central Central Parkway and Robin Leach Lane. They hope to have the contract on the July City Council meeting. Um sorry, to comply with the D slurs with CP5, the Smith Center will need to submit any plans to the Symphony Park Design Review Committee for appeal approval and the Symphony Park Master Association for approval. Um in the next week or two with no residents moving in by May. Capella will begin leasing in June or July with residents moving in in August.
