Thank you very much. Our first item is public comment. Comment during this portion of the agenda must be limited to matters on the agenda for action. If you'd like to speak, now is your time. And post. And those minutes are approved. Moving on to item number five, bill number twenty twenty-six-nine for possible action updates to description of ward four boundaries to reflect an additional precinct number added to Ward Four by Clark County Election Department. This is proposed by our city clerk, Miss Luann Holmes. And I can walk through this one. As you guys will recall, uh, we passed an ordinance to update the precinct map for several words following the Clark County Election Department's routine updates. And that item did pass. Moving on to item number six, bill number twenty twenty-six-10 for possible action adopts that certain document entitled First Amendment to development agreement for property, formerly known as Cashman regarding property generally bounded by Las Vegas Boulevard to the West, Washington Avenue to the North, Sagman Street to the east, and Maryland Parkway to the south. Uh, we do want to thank staff for working with us on the first amendment to the development agreement. Uh, this is the first amendment to the development agreement uh for the property formally known as Cashman. The proposed amendment will add a new section four uh outlining the off-site improvements obligations for each of the respective parties, and staff recommends approval of the request and hopes to get your recommendation as well.
