Moving on to item number five, bill number Z 2026-1 for possible action.

Amends the city's official zoning map by changing the zoning designations of certain parcels of land to reflect and formalize rezoning applications previously approved by the city council.

So uh we usually are doing these on an annual basis of updating the official zoning map for all the previous actions that the council has taken to approve zoning districts and different parcels throughout the city's jurisdiction.

This one has gone a little bit longer than that, so there are 424 parcels that we are officially designating on the zoning map.

Uh in that case, um if there's any questions, I'm happy to answer them.

And this one appears to be somewhat of a cleanup language.

Is that accurate?

We do this regularly.

Um well, this is like an administerial process, just uh as called out by the zoning code that after all of the actions taken by council, they are then officially adopted into our zoning map atlas, and that is the official record.

That sounds smarter than the way I said it.

Uh good morning, Mayor Pro Tem and Council.

Um, so this one um was from the last legislative session, AB uh 352.

It was adopted, requiring local jurisdictions to permit cottage cottage cosmetics operations uh through the home occupation as you indicated.

Um it's gonna be very similar to how we allowed in 2013 the cottage food establishments.
