We're here today to request your approval to expend up to $1,017,635 at the tax sale auction tomorrow that will be held by the county.

7:38

The properties that we're interested in are highlighted on this map right here.

7:43

So the first uh set of two properties is on Jackson Avenue, and it is adjacent to our current Jackson Redevelopment.

7:52

So we've been working on it for about a year and a half now.

7:55

Uh this property, these properties will give us a good opportunity to continue to partner with the private property owners to enable larger developments in the area.

8:05

And then the third property is on F Street.

8:08

Uh this is about four point point four four acres, so it is a nice size parcel that we can in the future also then uh move forward with redevelopment.

8:16

I do want to mention that uh we are still working uh specifically on this property uh through the title report.

8:23

There's a deed of trust on this specific one that is a private debt essentially.

8:28

So we're meeting today with our real estate manager to make sure that uh if we move forward with the acquisition of these properties, we'll be able to get a clean title so we can be successful in our future endeavors.

8:39

With that, I uh am happy to answer any questions.
