This order, this ordinance orders the creation of special improvement district 614 Sky Summit phase one.

SID 614 is generally located west of Clark County Beltway and north of West Tropical Procry in Ward 4.

It consists of prof approximately of 128 28 innate accessible acres and is intended to be developed into 880 single family residential units.

Uh with cost assessed according to the benefits received by the parcels within SID 6461471.

The requesting developer is uh Olympia Companies and staff recommends approval.

Local improvements, bonds series 2026, approving the form of certain documents with respect to such bonds, ratifying action taken by city officers toward the issuance of such bonds and providing other matters related thereto, proposed by Gail Lloyd Likos, Director of Finance.

It authorizes the issuance and sale of local improvement bonds and the principal amount of 11,555,000, which will be used to finance the construction of the public infrastructure included in the SID.

Staff recommends approval.
