So as described, this does allow for rental stores to be allowed in the professional office PO zoning district with minimum special use permit regulations or requirements that are attached.

The ancillary retail sales of merchandise incidental to the rental merchandise shall be permitted.

Outdoor storage shall be prohibited, and outdoor display of rental merchandise shall also be permitted.
