And item five is a report by Kelly Swanson, administrative officer regarding findings of Symphony Park working group meetings.

Hello, good morning.

Kelly Swanson administrative officer for the record.

The Symphony Park work group is working on the redesign of parcels M1 and M2 to become more active with a possible dog park with small food and beverage kiosks.

The idea is to connect this to the Donald Reynolds Symphony Park.

There are other redesign thoughts being explored, plus members want to revisit programming in Symphony Park.

That's the update.

I guess uh we will just continue to uh work on those working groups and uh hopefully good things will happen.

Um a few updates.

The Grand Central Galleries, uh otherwise known as the Las Vegas Museum of Art Media Lab will be starting tenant improvements in the next few weeks.

The Las Vegas Museum Art of Art is working on their permits with the goal of submitting in November.

Uh the BREA is leasing Capella is working towards the temporary certificate of occupancy and pre-leasing the origin with cello tower will close by mid-November.

And the medical office building on a portion of parcel J will be amending their timeline and is working on permits.

We'll move on to item seven, the possible action to approve the ratification of the third amendment to the disposition and development agreement between City Parkway 5 Inc.

and the Las Vegas Museum of Art for the project located in Symphony Park at 302 South City Parkway, APN number 1393 in concurrence with the city council's decision, and that's in Ward 5 Councilwoman Summers Armstrong.
