The group is also considering other redesign concepts and revisiting programming in Symphony Park.
- City Parkway 5 Updates: Kelly Swanson provided updates on several projects:
- Grand Central Galleries (Las Vegas Museum of Art Media Lab) will begin tenant improvements in the next few weeks.

- The medical office building on a portion of parcel J is amending its timeline and working on permits.
Key Outcomes
- Approval of Third Amendment to DDA with Las Vegas Museum of Art: The board approved ratification of the third amendment to the disposition and development agreement between City Parkway 5 Inc. and the Las Vegas Museum of Art for the project at 302 South City Parkway. Staff reported that tenant improvement costs came in higher by $1.2 million. The amendment reallocates $1.25 million of the remaining $15 million contribution originally designated for the large museum to fund tenant improvements at Grand Central Galleries. The remaining approximately $8 million for the large museum is contingent on the cello closing and receipt of funds. The motion was made by Rosa Cortez and passed unanimously.
