The amount of discussion as well as the amount of time any single speaker is allowed may be limited. I do have a question. Not to interrupt with public comment. Is that required? No. Okay, and then I do have a question on item seven. Since that item is differing from what was publicly noticed, do we need to hold that from one meet to the next meeting? Um the the answer is uh I understand that this is an action. Um it says on item seven um that we're asking you to change the speed limit uh on a certain part of uh Pecos Road from 35 to 25. I understand that is a typographical error, um, and that should have been from 45 to 35. Is that correct, Ravi? Yes. Um, so the open meeting law generally says that our agenda items must be clear and concise, and my last must let folks know who might want to know whether they should come down and talk to you about what's on the agenda. In this case, uh we're talking about lowering your speed limit from a higher to lower. That's what we're still doing, right? This says 35 to 25. It's actually 45 to 35. I think it's acceptable for uh this commission to move on. Uh when we get to number seven, I would like the chairman when he reads it in to uh indicate read it as it is and then indicate that uh the it's actually 45 to 35 instead of 35 to 25.
