Lincoln City Council Regular Meeting

The Lincoln City Council held its regular meeting on Monday, January 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM, adjourning at 3:20 PM. All council members were present except Bowers and Weber. The meeting covered consent agenda items, public hearings on liquor licenses and resolutions, first readings of resolutions and ordinances, and pending items.

• 24R-594: Approved a Professional Services Agreement Supplement No. 2 with Olsson, Inc. for preliminary engineering on Cornhusker Hwy (39th Street to L55X). (Adopted, 5-0; A-94980)

The council adopted a substitute resolution approving the expansion as amended (MTA#1 Adopted, 5-0; Adopted for Approval as Amended, 5-0; A-94985).
• 25R-4: Manager application of Kevin Clark for Zipline Brewing Co., LLC dba Zipline Brewing Co. Beer Hall at 5740 Hidcote Drive, Suite B. Approved as amended (MTA#1 Adopted, 5-0; Adopted for Approval as Amended, 5-0; A-94986).

Public Hearings - Resolutions

• 24R-596: Use Permit 126H for Wilderness Woods Holding, LLC to amend permit to allow freestanding signs on internal lots/outlots at 8700 Executive Woods Drive. (Adopted, 5-0; A-94987)
• 24R-597: Approved a contract with Patagonia Health, Inc. for Electronic Health Records Replacement for five years with renewal options. (Adopted, 5-0; A-94988)

Public Hearings - Ordinances (Second Reading)

• 24-146A: Change of Zone 07060E for Lincoln Federal Bancorp, Inc. to amend Wilderness Heights PUD (add ~0.5 acres, increase dwelling units from 270 to 279 with waivers). A verbal motion to delay with continued public hearing and action to January 27, 2025, was adopted (5-0).
