Lincoln City Council Regular Meeting - December 15, 2025
The Lincoln City Council met in regular session on Monday, December 15, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:24 p.m. The agenda indicated all members were present except Councilmember Duden; however, several votes are recorded as 7-0, which would imply all seven members voted.
