The Lincoln City Council held its regular meeting on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 3:00 PM with all seven members present. The meeting was adjourned at 3:48 PM. The council considered routine consent items, public hearings on resolutions and ordinances, and read items for the first and second time.
Consent Calendar
- 26R-305: Approved Lincoln Holdings LTD dba Ramo's Pizza as a new Keno satellite at 2435 S. 48th St. (Adopted 7-0)
- 26R-306: Approved Supplemental Agreement No. 4 with Felsburg Holt and Ullevig for environmental services on the Randolph Street Rehabilitation Project. (Adopted 7-0)

- 26R-307: Accepted and approved the claims report for June 1-15, 2026. (Adopted 7-0)
- 26R-308: Downtown Lincoln Association's 2026-2027 BID Budget and Program of Work. The council granted a verbal motion to delay the vote with continued public hearing to July 20, 2026. (Motion carried 7-0)
- 26R-309: Adopted proposed revisions to the Lincoln-Lancaster County Air Pollution Control Program Regulations (Article 2, Sections 1, 14, and 17). (Adopted 7-0)
- 26R-310: Approved an interlocal agreement with the City of Crete for environmental health regulation inspection and enforcement. (Adopted 7-0)
- 26R-311: Granted Waiver 26004 to Star City Optimist Youth Foundation to waive paving requirements for a parking lot portion at 5300 S. Folsom Street. (Adopted 7-0)
Public Hearings - Ordinances (2nd Reading)
Ordinances 26-56 through 26-67 were given second reading. Notable action:
- 26-57 (Annexation 26006): The council granted a verbal motion to delay the public hearing four weeks to August 10, 2026. (Motion carried 7-0)
Ordinances - 3rd Reading
- 26-51 (Change of Zone 22023A): Lincoln Lumber Company's amendment to the Turbine Flats PUD to add 4.47 acres with a change from H-3 to R-6 Residential PUD, including waivers. Passed 7-0.
