All right, since we didn't have any uh specific project presentations today, uh we kind of wanted to put together a presentation to give an update of all the projects that we're doing.

Um, you know, mainly the the more notable ones.

So this project uh was one of the traffic safety projects that uh council funded through um through the budget, and uh it was the uh the installation of rumble strips uh from more or less from about the county line uh to airport road along 502.

Uh this was done in coordination with uh NMDOT uh since it is one of their facilities uh and the project was completed in May and uh had great results and uh was completed you know rather quickly, so we're we're happy about that.

Uh next slide, please.

Uh the Denver Stills Phase 2 project.

Uh the slide here shows that it was uh started uh in January of this year and substantially complete in July.

Happy to report that it is actually fully complete.

Um so uh project came out really good.

Um, and congratulations to our project management team for for all their hard work on this project.

Um Trinity Drive Safety and ADA improvements.

Um that one uh began just a few weeks ago, and we're expecting uh construction to be complete in January of next year.

Uh and you've seen all the traffic control devices out there already, so work has started.

Uh so what we're looking to do with uh this project, the Ashley Pond Park safety improvements.

Um we did get console approval on concept number three, which is the uh the uh rock boulders and landscape concept design.

And so that project has moved into design, and uh we're looking to follow the Trinity Drive project with the installation of of that uh improvement, you know, following the Trinity Drive Safety Project.

Uh Fid Street Extension, another project that has recently begun uh with construction expected to be complete in December.

So a lot of activity happening out there uh currently.
