I'd like to call to order the September 16th, 2025, Loudoun Camboard Supervisors Business Meeting. This room has a hearing loop. Please see the clerk to my left to request one on this evening. Mr. Laterno. Thank you, Madam Chair. Um Heavenly Father. Over the last week, our country has experienced some turmoil. We had the anniversary of one of the worst incidents, attacks in our country's history, with thousands of victims at the time, and then many more in the years since uh nine-eleven. We had continued violence in our cities and even in our schools. And we had an act of political assassination for speech. And so in this moment, we ask you for wisdom, we ask you for help, we ask you for humility. We ask for this boardroom to be a place where citizens can come and express their point of view, where we can debate issues and civilly interact with each other. And we ask for your prayers for all those victims and for all those who have been affected by these tragedies. Amen. Other than that, and to agree about the which stands undergoing indivisible justice. Okay. Although Mr. Let's just do this. Mr. Turner is on with us. I'm gonna read the um the uh disclaimer in just a second. He is here. Mr. Sainz is um, I think going to be joining us virtually because he doesn't feel well. Um so I'm not sure if he's gonna join us virtually or if he's going to come in. If he comes in here and he is sick, I'm sending him home because I am not getting sick. Um Mr. Kirshner is on his way. And who am I missing? Who is it? Miss Glass is also on her way, she'd be about an hour late. All right, coach, so pursuant to co Virginia Code section two point two-three seven oh eight dot three and the and the board's rules of order. Vice Chair Turner and Supervisor Saints have requested to participate in this meeting by electronic communication. A fiscal quorum of the board of supervisors is present in the boardroom, and the board of major have made arrangements for the voices of Vice Chair Turner and Supervisor Saints to be heard by all persons in the boardroom. Vice Chair Turner and Supervisor Sainz made the request within the required time frame, and the county attorney determined that the request meets the qualification to participate remotely. So just to make sure he can hear us, Supervisor, uh Vice Chair Turner, can you hear me? Wonderful, wonderful. All right. But we can discuss that later on, but it will remain on the on the agenda and not on the consent agenda and will not be deferred. And we will have that discussion when we get to item number seven. So the consent agenda is very long. So if you would all just um bear with me.
