The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing on October 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Two items were considered on the consolidated agenda: an eminent domain resolution for traffic signal improvements at Algonkian Parkway and a request to withdraw approximately 1200 acres of Oak Hill Farm from the New Oak Hill Agricultural and Forestal District. Item 3 (Concorde Industrial Park) was deferred to a future hearing. The board approved both items by a vote of 7-0-2 (with Supervisors Leterno and Sainz absent).

Well, good evening, supervisors, good evening, staff, and good evening, loud and like to call to order the October 15th 2025, Loudoun County Public Hearing. This room has a hearing loop. You may only register to speak on I am matters that have been advertised for the public hearing. Due to the broadcast delay, any member of the public um who are not in the boardroom wishing to address the board on items one and two, which were on the consolidated hearing hearing, please call the number scrolling across your screen at this time. Um if you register to speak, you'll be allotted two and a half minutes. If you are in the boardroom, we ask that your name is called call, come to the podium and state your name for the record. Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2 uh dash 3708. Supervisor Bricksman requested participate this meeting by electronic communication. A physical quorum of the board supervisors is present in the boardroom, and the board has made a r have made arrangements for supervisor Bricksman's voice to be heard by all persons in the boardroom. She made this request within the required time frame, and the county attorney determined that the request meets the qualification to participate remotely. The board will record in its minutes that Supervisor Brixman participated remotely from her home in Loudon County for personal reasons. So we have two items, um, both on consolidated. We will have a speaker at least on one of the consolidated items. It does not have to come off the consolidated agenda for the speaker to speak, but we do have one person. If there is anyone else who'd like to speak on either of the items on the consolidated agenda, please let us um know that now. Stack staff has recorded a move uh recommended approval um of the consolidated agenda because the applicant has waived its time. The item one is the restoration, I'm sorry, resolution approving public use and necessity of qu of acquiring certain certain real interests and authorizing the acquisition of imminent domain umki and parkway, Hartwood Forest Drive, and noble terrence traffic signalization and intersection approvement that is in the Ogonkian district.
