It's youth and government day. We have sixty students from all over Loudoun County, mostly juniors and seniors joining us in the boardroom. This week many in our community are celebrating Diwali, the festival of lights. In public service, that message feels especially meaningful. Each decision we make is an opportunity to bring clarity, understanding, and optimism to the people we serve. As we stand for the pledge, may we carry that same sense of hope and shared purpose. Um closed session item two to consult with the legal counsel pertaining to the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement where public funds are being expended and where negotiations in open session would adversely affect the bargaining position of the county has been deferred to the November 6th, 2025 board business meeting. The only reason I I uh put that on the next meeting is because this meeting is a long meeting, and we have uh three closed sessions, and we'd like to be home before breakfast. Item R 4, resolution of commendation for the 30th pastoral anniversary of Bishop Patterson and co-pastor Dr. Patterson of the First Baptist Church of Sterling.
