Staff, when necessary, will have up to ten minutes to give a presentation, followed by commissioner questions, should there be any.

And then the applicant applicants themselves will have opportunity to have 10 minutes for presentations, followed by any questions that the um commissioner may have.

After everyone has a chance to speak, I will close the hearing, and the applicant and staff will have an opportunity to provide any responses to the public comment.
