Um that first phase is the one that's um much more linear, and we're projecting February of 25.

Um, but following that staff will be uh drafting further supporting language from some of the input and from the studies that they've been doing and a projected date of the phase two is April of 26.

Uh Zoam is going to zoning ordinance amendment is going to the planning commission work session on September 12th and the public hearing of the planning commission on September 24th.

The Western Lands uh rural uses zoning ordinance amendment, uh, which was first introduced transportation and land use committee on July 17th.
