And so I coordinated with the floodplain team on some language um that I did include in the draft since I spoke in since I distributed it.

But I happen to catch this little nugget because I was warming up the computer to uh for this meeting, and it's a subtle change, but I I think staff's preference is if there is an actual floodplain study or floodplain alteration, in this case accepted by the county, we would prefer to have that phone on the plane over the logis data.

So I'm just trying to just subtly amend this so that that would become first.

So the current text is in the first paragraph here, and the proposed text would be down here.

So basically it's talking about um proposed boundaries of the floodplain as shown on a floodplain study or alteration, which has been submitted and accepted by the county for review.

Remember, this is 8102 preliminary, that's why it says accepted instead of approved, and then go on to allow Logis to be shown to say if a floodplain study or alteration has not been submitted and accepted, the boundaries of the floodplain as identified in Logis shall be shown.
