The Zoning Ordinance Committee (ZOC) met on May 7, 2025, at 9:30 AM in the Dulles Room. The meeting covered routine approvals, a demonstration of the new online zoning ordinance platform, status updates on multiple zoning and comprehensive plan amendments, and initial review of the floodplain ordinance update. The committee set a comment deadline for floodplain ordinance sections and discussed future meeting dates.
Oh yes, which I think we're not going to have any budget discussions until next time we're not even stuck and guess what happened? Um just the circuit courts are five years. It's uh we're firmly preparing the private phase two of the data center zone to June 18th of the committee. So Judy and I are next.
