Welcome to Make and Bib County Board of Commissions Pre-Commission meeting.

We are happy that all of you are here today.

Today is Tuesday, July the 21st, and the time is approximately 4:30.

And we'd like to begin our meeting here with a call to order, which I'm doing now.

And we have people that are watching at home, so welcome all those that can hear us and some of you that can see us today.

We do have an update on the Make and Bible County comprehensive plan.

Uh, this is an update, uh, not necessarily uh anything we'll be voting on today, but it's uh gonna be uh planning and zoning presentation, the making bib county comprehensive plan.

Gregory Brown is here to present that, sir.

If you may come forward, you don't mind speaking into that microphone there and telling everybody at home who you are, what you do uh before you begin your presentation, sir.

Uh good evening.

Uh, my name is Gregory L.

Brown, planning director with the Making Bible County Planning and Zoning Commission.

And uh today we are here to update uh you all on the uh making on the comprehensive plan update uh that uh making be up county planning and zoning commission is updating, and this is on behalf of uh Jeffrey Rugiery, our executive director and the Making Beal County Planning and Zoning Commission.

Next slide.

We're in the process of updating the county's comprehensive plan, which is a long-range guide for growth and development that will shape how we live, how we work, how we travel, and how we invest in our community over the next 20 to 30 years.

And we have a focus on the next five years.

Next slide.

And we had approximately 50 attendees at that meeting.

We also launched a survey, a community survey, and that survey closed on April 2nd, 2026, and we received approximately 153 responses.

Throughout the process, we've been holding uh steering committee meetings, and uh this we've had at least um seven steering committee meetings, and the steering committee meeting uh comprised of about 40 to 50 uh members, and they are used to help guide the preparation of the comprehensive plan and to provide technical assistance.

Uh the committee includes interested citizens, elected officials and appointed officials, neighborhood organization representatives, special interest group, local government staff, and business owners.

And so from February uh 2026 through October 26th, uh this particular time frame is going to be uh focused on element development, and this is gonna be trying to gather uh public input, and then we'll delve deeper into uh the topics that would help shape uh shape the plan.

The uh the topics of the community of the comprehensive plan are transportation, uh, and we've held a community meeting on that, which was held on March 19th at the middle Middle Georgia Regional Airport.

We've another element of the comprehensive plan is economic development and quality of life.

Uh we've held a community meeting on that.

That was Thursday, May 14th at um Davis Village and uh the family investment center.

And uh the housing element, uh, we're gonna consult uh the 2050 housing assessment and four forecast study uh that was recently uh uh completed uh for the county, and that uh housing study was uh done by RKG and associates.

So next slide.

Uh what we really need your assistance uh uh county commissioners.

We're planning to hold nine community meetings throughout the county uh from the time frame August 24th uh through October 30th, and we have some dates.

Uh if you go to the next slide, you can see the dates uh that we have listed for the uh land use meetings that we're uh planning to have.

And uh we're looking to have those meetings in the evenings from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock p.m.

Also uh another outreach activity that we're looking to host, uh do are they called meeting in a box.

Uh, these are some uh outreach activities that will allow anyone to share ideas in a way that is comfortable for their schedule.

Um families can host them, friends can host them, youth, uh community groups, and so forth.

And so uh we have a website uh www.making it happen plan.com, and it's the webcite website dedicated for the comprehensive plan update.

And uh we really uh just would like uh the commissioners uh support in this from for the land use element of our uh comprehensive plan because we want to make sure that we reach uh the broader community and um schedule and meetings in each of your districts so that we can get the input that we need for the for the land use development and uh for more information.

We do have two uh quick questions from you.

I'm good.

Um got a couple of questions on the housing element.

It says we will consult the 2050 housing needs assessment.

That study, how did you all do that study?

And who did you?

I know you say another company didn't, but how did they do it?

Did they hand them out?

Did they mail them out?

Did they have to go online?

So how did they do that?

Yeah, so the study uh uh we consulted with RKG and Associates, and that study kicked off last year.

I think I can't remember the exact date.

But we've had we had several uh working group committee member meetings, also uh a number of community engagement meetings, and this and it's just is just completed uh June 2026.

So we had planning and zone and we are reviewing it to um uh make sure it says what it's supposed to say.

The consultants who uh produced it, they're looking to do a virtual presentation to our P and Z commissioners uh at one of their meetings in August.

And so uh I hope that answered your question.

Okay, and the meetings that are coming that you all have the dates for August the 24th, 26th, and so on.

Is that gonna be in person by Zoom and where are you trying to have them at?

Yeah, so those uh will be in-person meetings.

So these are the dates that uh planning is on his staff and our consultant team have identified to host community meetings, and we're looking for your help um in identifying a location within each of the nine committee districts uh to hold meetings on either of these days between six and eight o'clock p.m.

Okay, and my last question.

Um it says kick-off meeting um under the planning process.

Is that a meeting in addition to September 29?

Uh that meeting was uh I apologize last year.

Yes.

Okay, so I apologize.

I was running, I was like, I remember that first meeting it was last year.

So a couple of them, it says 26 on here, but I think it was supposed to be 2025.

Okay.

Yes, 2025 for September 29th, 2025 for November 10th.

So those meetings are are in the past.

Uh, you and the entire team out to planning and zoning because this is much needed.

Uh you know, you've heard me talk lately about uh the passenger rail, and when you're talking with G DOT, GDOT did a study saying that over the last 50 years, most of the development here in Georgia took place from I-20 North.

But they predict over the next 50 years, development's gonna take place from I 20 South, which is of course we're right in the middle of that.

We right as we should say plan baseball, that's right in the sweet spot.

Yes.

So I appreciate you all doing this because it's much needed from the transportation from an economic development from a housing aspect, and I look forward to working with you all on the land use part of it as well.

Uh commissioners, we have several uh numerous items.

Uh uh, I'll say several items A through M that we'll be doing tonight with agreements.

As you recall during our budget presentation just a couple of months ago, uh, we informed you that one of our priorities this year that we had uh funded pretty significantly was our IT department for obvious reasons.

That's uh the environment we live in, uh state, national, federal, as well as some issues we've had in the past.

Uh so you can see the focus was gonna be on that.

Uh as a matter of fact, you recently approved unanimously our our director who is here with us today, Ms.

T Watson, uh the IT director, and under her leadership, uh she has brought forth uh many measures tonight that you'll see that's already been passed in our budget.

So this is just awarding the contracts uh to the folks um that we already funded.

So all this is in the budget, it's not new money.

Just letting you know that in advance.

And then since there's numerous items, each of these are very particular uh items specific to the IT department, uh safety and security, uh, and also um employment.

So I'll go through these one by one in a quick pace, but certainly uh stop me if you needed to.

If we have any questions, I'll bring the expert up here to answer any questions for.

But this is her request.

Uh and T, if you don't mind raising your hand, just remember everybody can see you back there in the back.

Uh the first is item 6A.

This is a resolution of the Make and Bip County Commission authorizing the mayor to execute an agreement with Williams Communications for radio equipment in the amount of 204,800 to be paid from the SPLUS 2018.

This is for public safety, public safety.

Other, and of course, this is already in a in our line item there.

Uh Commissioner Hugh has asked a sponsor there as well, so I entertained a motion from Commissioner Hewitt to put for that on.

Item B is a resolution of making Bibb County Commission authorizing the mayor to execute an agreement with Williams Communication Inc.

for the replacement of radio equipment in an amount of 137,277.52 cents to be paid from the SPLAS 2025 public safety fund.

This is for IT upgrade.

Likewise, Mr.

Hewlett has asked to be a co-sponsor of that.

And so it's really gonna be about all three of them.

Um I don't know if you can explain to me these contracts.

I know he did some in somewhat of it, but um, what are we getting for this over the last five physical years?

How much have we given to them?

Last year we just gave them some money.

So some of it was for equipment, and I understand they got the 911 center, they got um patrol, and they have everybody used the radios, but I thought the radios equipment were replaced, and then they did some satellite towers not too long ago for radio.

So um that was taken from the 2018 spliced on the last one, and now this one is going into the 2025.

I'm just trying to see what what all is it covering?

Um, are they getting new radios?

Everybody's changing out radios.

Um Ms.

Watson, if you don't mind, step up to the front.

Um because I know a couple of years ago they just changed out radios, and um okay, we'll go ahead and answer that question.

I'm trying to see what all what I was gonna be in these contracts.

Okay, so good evening.

Good evening.

So, as far as the radios go, um, we have a lot of radios, and they do need replacing.

So we have police officers, firemen, um, radios get damaged.

We have the batteries that go with the radio, so we have a lot of accessories that go along with the radio.

So when you look at a radio, it's more than just the radio itself, it's everything that's within the radio and everything that supports the radios.

Okay.

How often are we expected to change equipment?

So is it gonna be?

I know you can't just give me a date like 2027, but are we expecting to change radios like every five years, every 10 years?

I know technology is changing every day, and I understand the radio um with the Williams communication, but I also want to know I heard you say it was a state contract.

Um, mayor, but how do we make sure that we're getting the best price with the quality?

And I know that they're a local company and they've been here on Hillcrest for a long time.

How do we get to bid it out just to make sure that we're getting the best quality of work and the best radio and the best people to do this?

So when I came on board in February of 17 this year, Williams Communication was already on board.

And so I had conversations about bidding it out, and I looked over the work and the performance, all of the objective measures that they have been meeting, and the fact that um you know the price is very competitive for what we're getting.

So I I think Williams Communications has been performing well as far as the radios themselves.

I can't tell you exactly when we will need to replace as technology continues to evolve.

We may need to replace.

But I have budgeted, I've tried to budget strategically to ensure that we are properly funded to take care of these items.

And also contained in your packages, there's information about state contract.

But while we've got the attorney here with me, I'll have him give a little bit more information about what a state contract is and what it guarantees to local governments.

Mayor.

So the state contract program is a program run by the Georgia Department of Administrative Agent Administrative Services.

It's a state agency in charge of procurement for all state offices across Georgia.

Williams Communication is actually the only vendor that is authorized.

The radios that we use are a brand called L3 Harris.

And Williams is the only uh reseller of L3 Harris brand radios in the state of Georgia.

They divide up their territory.

And so if you're buying that brand of radio that's compatible with our current system, you have to go through Williams.

Um and then the state has actually done its own bid out to see you know what radio companies are willing to give what percentage discounts to government agencies and and local governments uh who buy their radio services.

And so the state contract specifies a bid by um Williams with a percentage discount that is standardized across all state and local governments in Georgia for L3 Harris radios consistent with their their territorial monopoly that they have on that radio brand.

Okay, my last question about this is you haven't gotten to see, but I'm just gonna go ahead and ask.

Did these contracts come available at the same time?

Because all three of them are on this agenda, and I'm just wondering why they were all on one agenda.

This agenda did they all come about the same time?

They did not.

Some of them are overdue.

It's just timing.

Uh, and we have a new IT director.

We just did the budget, so we have to make sure that's in the budget, and the budget's been just recently passed, so it's all timing.

Um so if there's no more questions on this particular item, we'll vote on that.

Likewise, Commissioner Hewitt has uh asked to be co-sponsored to that.

Uh, this drone is something that uh is needed because they fly around and they can see things that we can't climb up there and do.

Uh so quite obviously that's a safety issue, but also uh a better way of getting up there to be able to do the visible inspection and save that information that we need.

But this is a resolution of the Making Bibb County Commission authorizing the mayor to execute a professional services agreement with Vera Cos Casa Group, LLC, for public information officer and strategic advisor services in amount of $54,000 to be paid from the district attorney's budget budget and other services.

Investigated informant fees line item.

So she has a $54,000 in her budget, and she's asking uh for the money to be expended in this matter because this is a professional services and more than $25,000, it must come before this body of government.

Katie, do you have a question?

I know you can't answer it, but just for the record, I think I just wanted to ask her why did she move it from the investigative informant fees?

Um I guess I would need to know how much they have in that budget, or is that the whole 54,000 that they have, and are they not using it for the investigative services for the DA?

I know you can't answer it, but they have more than $54,000 in her budget.

She's generally free to move things within her budget, but it must come before the commission on there.

So she'd be the only one to ask that specific question, but I know she has more money than that in that particular line item.

Again, this is the item we budgeted for.

This is the item that we need.

We have currently been short anywhere from 11 to 14 employees in that department because as you can imagine, uh a local government is very hard to be competitive with people who pay a lot more money outside of that and IT specialties.

Uh thanks to the great experience of our our new director and the contact she's had.

Uh she's familiar with those items as being shorter at least at the national level and has a plan to um be able to hire outside um experts, uh I guess for lack of better term, uh, to do these types of jobs and actually save us about three positions, my understanding, to save some money as well.

So I'll let Miss Commissioner Cato begin with her questions, and if we need to have Ms.

Watson come out down, we'll do so.

Watson, thank you for I know for you just taking this role over and we appreciate it, but out of this money, I just want to know how many people do you expect to hire so you can kind of fill the gap with the shortage and um the different role will you have anybody?

Are they all gonna be like um people that go in to the different places like the jail and the um fire department?

Are you gonna have people that are just in-house that will periodically service the our equipment?

Yes, ma'am.

So that's the intent.

So we'll have 11 people coming on board fulfilling various positions, and yes, we will set up a zone posture where we will have people rotating in and out to the various departments to ensure that we have proper coverage.

Um when you're saying network, what are you doing?

Resolution of Making Bib County Commission to authorize the mayor to execute an amendment to the independent contractor agreement with Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart and Stewart associates, not our steward.

For professional services.

You're probably related to them some kind of way.

Engineering and design services for the phase four improvements at the Making City Autor Torum in the mining 99,700.

As you recall, we've been working on that project for just a moment, and uh we I wouldn't say ran into an issue, but we have some um engineering that has to be done to make sure that the uh uh proper equipment is moved in such a way to allow for the restrooms that we want on the first floor there.

So this is just part of the process hiring engineering uh and that is where the money has come from.

That's the 2018 splash funds that we're working out of for that project.

Item J is a resolution of making Bibb County Commission to authorize the mayor to execute an independent contractor agreement with professional paving services, LLC for asphalt paving and resurfacing services in amount of three million two hundred and eighty thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven dollars and nine cents to be paid from the two thousand twenty-six LRA grant funds and two thousand eighteen splots funds.

Commissioner Kill, you have a question?

I do.

Um I just want to know what all this repaving and resurfacing um when we first did the list with the engineering department, some of the roads in my district, and I can't see as well as district three, they were on that list.

None of the roads in my district have been paved yet.

I've been out in Lizella area, and um they're really paving them.

So we're looking at Heathrow, we're looking at um things over in the Bloomfield area.

So can I get a list of the roads that they want to pay for this three million dollars?

Yes, that list is posted online.

It was part of this bid process, and you should have already been able to review that.

I did, but they don't seem like they're going by those roads.

Yeah, they're going exactly by those roads uh to a T, and we have Clay Murphy who goes over each and every of those roads.

We are up to we had three bids coming this week on on uh bid number eight, nine, and ten uh of that list.

Remember, this is based on the robotics program that gave us the list of rows uh determined on the uh the grade of that road, the length of that road, and the and the way it's traveled there.

Uh and as you recall, unfortunately for Bloomfield, uh the roads in the counties were in uh worse shape than the ones over in your area.

But we have been grouping those, and I know they're already out in the bid set as well as uh I know I've seen some already come across for each making as well.

So if you look at all those, you can trace them back all the way from the first ones and see all the roads that are on there.

But we keep dropping these things like every month, you know, and when I know we got three that we'll be awarding at the next meeting because they just got brought before to open up the envelopes this week.

I've taken a look at that list, and um, like I said, the first list with engineering did it had our roads first, and then when they redid the list in September, probably that Labor Day weekend, then the list changed.

So I'm just trying to see for my constituents when their roads kind of get paved.

Yeah, the I'm I'm not really aware of any roads changing as far as any priorities.

Uh a list that you see may be in a different phase than the list that we've already got uh already on our agenda.

So some of these have been dating back for a little while.

Um all I can tell you is that we have a priority list.

Uh Clay Murphy and our splash director has been submitting those out in lumps of about three million dollars because we wanted to make sure we spread these out amongst many contractors.

Uh and I have seen roads all throughout the making bib county, but they're they're on a priority based on uh the type of road it is and what type of condition the road is in.

So I would suggest that you reach out to Clay Murphy if you got a specific road of money can tell you exactly what bid set it's gonna be on.

Uh I know I personally check on those through our procurement website, and I can go on there and look at all the hundreds of roads that we've been paving, and it's exactly like uh the what it said it was gonna be, except sometimes we are getting more roads paid for the money because they'll use all the money and still have some left and we'll add additional roads in the area in there.

So if you have a street, say to uh if you're at Nesbitt and you and you you also want to pave Alfred Road, Alpha Drive, which is right there uh at uh in Bloomfield in that area there, you would go ahead and if you had funds saved in there, you'll use funds to go in and do Alfred's because the trucks and the pavers are already in that area, so you can kind of do it in a strategically area over there, not necessary based on the priority, but because you got money left over in that area.

But Clay would be happy to answer to that.

I mean, he just left here probably 30 minutes ago, but he's here almost on a daily basis, giving us update on these splash projects.

I I want to say that I'm very proud of what I see being paved, and you just made a good point.

I wanted to say, give you an example.

Lock Chippy, which is uh been needing to be paved, and I was so proud when I went down then it was paved, but they also paved the little side streets that were off there that weren't long ones because they were probably in the area and just took care of them.

Um they probably needed it too.

But I'm just proud of what I'm seeing around the community.

I love Napier Avenue.

I don't know if you've been down it, but it's great.

So we have looked at the GIS mapping, and I can tell you there's green paving lines all throughout all nine commission districts, and uh some of those are L Mig, some of those LMIGs are smaller sections, sections that you have, uh, and some of those are splash dollars, which are the long roads that you have, uh, and some of those are LRAs.

But we're we're making an attempt to do it in a very strategic fashion to make sure we do areas grouped together to get more bang for our buttons.

I appreciate you recognize that.

We we do get a lot of compliments on there.

Of course, every time we put out some information, our communications does a great job of communicating our paving away project.

Uh every time we do, everybody asks about what about this road or what about that road?

And believe me, I I go to Clay Murphy and I'll look at the grades and people say, Well, how come my road ain't paved?

The road over here was paved.

Well, and I look at the score, and one of them scored a 68, uh, which doesn't necessarily mean it needs to be paved right now, and the other one scored a 48.

But you're never gonna convince that resident that their road was not just as worse as the road two doors over.

We rely on the technology there.

Commissioner Bailey, you got a small question about the case.

I just want to say one more thing about this because when you when we go in and pave, we don't necessarily do the striping immediately.

So they're separate companies that do that.

Just be patient because I've had people like we just pave a road the next day.

They're calling like they didn't put the stripes back on.

Well, they won't do it.

It just takes a little while.

They are separate companies, so I appreciate you noticing that.

Um, and before we move along um from the roads, I just want to give some kudos to our engineers that are out there.

Um I found out where they're located last weekend.

These engineers do a great deal of collaboration with us when we run into problems on these particular roads on those roads, on those lights, and big kudos to us to Stroud and the other engineers there.

These engineers have been with us well over 25 years.

So I just want to take a moment to recognize their dedication to making Bib County, their dedication to service to us and helping us to complete the roads that we've done so far is an outstanding job.

I feel great coming to work and getting off of work.

No longer is my BMW being beat to death on the way up here driving from Bellevue.

That Napier Avenue is marvelous.

It does make you feel really, really good.

So Makon, please continue on enjoying the fruits of your tax dollars.

You know, as we move forward, and hopefully we're gonna get to everybody, and we're trying very hard to get everybody within this administration.

I would like to be a co-sponsor and brand engineering is no kin to me.

But I also want to know what they're looking at the timeline.

I was hoping that by the time these kids graduate from high school that they would have a sidewalk and well, maybe if they're in eighth grade now, that may happen.

But uh this is the first step in the process.

I can tell you already uh from speaking, there are some challenges in that area uh with the ditches, with the poles.

Um that school is not set up to be a walkable school uh by the school system, and there are some challenges there.

So we want to make sure we bring the engineers there so we can be very strategic and see uh how we can phase this in to go ahead and address the most urgent needs over there.

So this 117,000 is a nice uh chunk of change to put uh on that um engineering process, and we're looking to see how far we can go between the two schools there.

But I can tell you, just like we looked at Ayers Road, and we've gotten a lot of calls on that that road.

Uh you've got some very challenging roads uh that we've had for a long period of time where you have ditches, you've got poles, you've got utilities, uh, and you're gonna have to talk take a lot of people's property, uh, which costs a lot of money, but also creates some issues there uh to do these things.

And of course, that's very uneven over there.

So we're gonna start the process.

I can't give you a timeline because I simply do not know.

But we can give you an update when the engineers come back and kind of give us some information.

They're gonna try to get some information on how long it's gonna take, how to phase this in, and approximate cost uh of that.

Because I've seen numbers up to four million dollars, which would be way too much money to spend on the sidewalks there.

Um please do.

And I'm I'm very concerned because I went out one morning and I not only saw kids walking, but they're riding a bikes, and they're in the road at 6 30 in the morning.

Someone called me and I just went out and had a look.

I have to look myself.

And I did see the kids riding the bikes, and some of the cars were, you know, they weren't moving over like they should.

So I would be concerned with those kids that the bus won't pick them up because they're in a radius, one mile radius of the school, so they have to, and their parents may already be at work or may can't take them.

So I'm concerned about them being able to have a sidewalk to walk the school.

I understand.

I understand your situation.

Um, so the 117,000 is our first step in doing that.

I think you had requested that to be done, and that's why we got on the agenda.

Uh Heath Road, is it gonna be the entire length of Heath Road for the sidewalks and how long is that section?

Uh likely not.

Uh, we we don't know yet.

We that's why the engineers are gonna go out there.

We we we ask them to look at um the first neighborhood before West Side to the neighborhood uh closest to Weaver right there.

Uh I imagine it's gonna be a challenge.

That's a long section of road, right?

It's a long section, not just the money because it money's not everything it, but you got some real uh topography challenges there, and you got some utilities and you got some ditches.

We we've our team have ridden out there several times, and I've spoken to engineers about moving that project along.

Um, so we're just gonna have to let the engineers do their job, and we'll sit back and do our job when the time comes to it.

So I'm not sure.

But that's that's kind of the area I suspect we're probably phase it in so we can begin some work and then build on it.

It could be this on one side with a crosswalk goes to the other side, may not be both of them at the same time.

So um anyway, we're moving right along with that, and you know we've got the sidewalk project coming up.

We have all of our sidewalks looked at now.

Um, and we've got some movement on the on the Jeffersonville Road sidewalk.

So we're excited about getting those uh accomplished as well.

Uh to one and two of the construction manager at risk agreement with Barton Mallow Builders LLC for preliminary work and phase one construction services for the Making Arena project and total amount 28 million two hundred and sixty-two thousand four hundred and thirty-eight dollars.

As you recall, uh we told you there'll be several items coming before you uh on our agendas for the arena, and uh this is just one part of that, and there'll be several more coming before you.

Uh this is some initial work that's going to be done there to go ahead and get the project started, some of that out of splash dollars that was already previously approved in the budget, and also out of the bond, uh the bond itself, which will be taken to market very soon.

So each time we do these uh as required, we'll come back before commission to get things approved.

But this is the first step in the process.

Uh, and many of you know we have a groundbreaking coming up.

And one of the reasons we got this on such an early agenda is we need to go ahead and place the order for the steel because that's a large component of this arena, and we need to lock those figures in.

But we stay on a uh budget and we'll have some maximum prices to the commission uh soon on that.

Our bond was approved for 350 million dollars.

We're taking that to the market uh soon uh so we can get uh investors out there who I think are eagerly awaiting to purchase these bonds and we can begin to do that.

But we we we do a shore up on a regular basis, and uh once we get further on the process, six months probably a good timeline.

Uh, we certainly can keep the commission update on that, especially if we run into any kind of overruns.

We'll certainly let you know that.

But uh we're gonna maintain a very tight uh um budget on this.

So back in uh 2021, this uh commission amended the the procurement code to add commodity procurement as one of our approved uh methods of procurement, and uh we define that to be limited to products that essentially they're the exact same thing wherever you get it from.

So right now our code recognizes three classes of commodities that's dirt, vehicles, and utilities.

And so um, you know, if you're looking, for example, for a Ford F 150, it doesn't necessarily matter where it comes from, it's it's gonna be basically the same thing.

Um we are now asking the commission to add software and um software related products to that list.

Um, you know, y'all just voted a few minutes ago on the Microsoft Azure contract um that we had to get through a um state contract, but um sometimes you know it's some some of the state contract vendors can be a hassle to deal with, and um it doesn't necessarily matter where you get you know Windows or or Adobe Acrobat or whatever, it's the same product wherever you get it from.

And so the commodity procurement uh process requires us just to get three quotes and to try and get the best deal that we can from the the the for the county without you know if it's if it's gonna be too much of a hassle to go.
