The Committee of the Whole met on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 6:25 PM in the Council Chambers and via Zoom. The sole agenda item was a resolution to authorize the acquisition of the Madison School property. The meeting was brief, with no public comments. The committee voted unanimously to recommend adoption of the resolution to the full Common Council.

All right, we have one discussion and action item 26-0458 is a resolution to authorize acquisition of Madison's school property. Um we need a recommendation. I would offer a recommendation uh to adopt the resolution as presented. Second. So motion and a second. Any discussion on said resolution. See none. All those in favor? Aye and opposed.
