• A. Tegen reviewed the request, stating it relates to an estate settlement. The industrial loan will be paid off in December with only a small principal remaining. The City retains collateral, and releasing five liens is a courtesy to the estate.
• The board approved the action. The motion, made by Sitkiewitz and seconded by Dvoracheck, carried with 9 ayes and 1 abstention (Tienor). No nays.
