Developers will pay for installation; the city will cover maintenance and energy costs (approximately $12 per month per light). I will close public comment. Uh presentations. I don't believe we have any consent agenda. Uh do we have anyone that needs anything removed from the consent agenda or do I have a motion? We'll start with is uh 26-0789 ordinance to amend 13.010 solid waste recycle uh waste recycling and disposal. So this is uh we had a request from the fire department. This is you know where when you change your oil in your car, you can drop off your waste oil there and they'll recycle it. So we had a request from them to see if we can move it to uh DPW because they don't really have the people to sit and watch it, and the parking became an issue, and uh it makes total sense to us actually. We don't have any issue with it, but it does involve an ordinance change as you can see with the attachment basically just saying moving it from the public safety building to the public works building, and so it would be um by our overhead door A, and we do have cameras there, so we you know if anything were to happen, we'd be able to see it on the footage, but it would only be from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. when it is staffed. So we would recommend approving the ordinance change. Okay, thank you. Uh any uh I'll make the motion to approve. Well, before you do, I just want to just one quick thing. Um just for the benefit of anybody listening out there in TV land. Uh like uh Dan said, the hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Correct? Yep. If you need to dump oil after 3 p.m. until nine o'clock at night, you can go to either advance or excuse me. How about auto zone or O'Reilly Auto Parts?
