Uh, we have uh quite a few of those items are coming from our police chief.

Speaker 1

18:12

Um, today, and I see him, he is here.

18:15

So uh chief, we're gonna ask if you can just

Unassigned speaker

18:18

put

Speaker 1

18:19

them in all one big trunch for us.

18:21

Yes,

Speaker 2

18:21

sir.

18:22

All right, mayor counsel.

Unassigned speaker

18:23

Well, what's in front of you today is uh a couple of these.

Unassigned speaker

18:27

The first two you've already seen before.

Unassigned speaker

18:28

Uh what happened on these first two grants is they've uh the grant uh actually ask us to add Troy Lostino's name to the resolution.

Unassigned speaker

18:37

So you've already approved those first two.

Speaker 2

18:39

We can certainly go over them if you'd like, but they've already been approved, and that we just added his name to those.

18:44

Okay, these next two are just continuation grants.

18:48

Uh so both of these grants are in place today, they're just a continuation of what we're already doing.

18:54

We're asking to go ahead and get back in line to make those applications.

Speaker 1

18:58

All

Unassigned speaker

18:58

right,

Speaker 1

18:58

all right, Chief.

19:00

That's outstanding.

19:01

Anyone have any specific questions for the chief?

Unassigned speaker

19:05

Go

Speaker 1

19:05

ahead, Mr.

Speaker 3

19:06

Brock.

19:06

I didn't have a question.

19:07

I just wanted to bring it to light that those grant uh folks there in his department have been busy.

19:15

Yes.

19:16

Uh you can tell it from from what we've we've seen.

19:19

Now I realize a couple of these were our retainers or

Unassigned speaker

19:23

uh

Speaker 3

19:23

just going back for a second time, but grants are not easy to uh get.

19:30

Uh you can you can request all day long, but it's a great day when you get one.

19:37

So that's what we'll hope for, Chief.

Speaker 2

19:39

Yes, sir.

19:39

Thank you.

Speaker 1

19:40

Appreciate you, Chief.

19:41

Yeah, that all right, all right.

19:43

Uh we have item 26-2135.

19:47

Mr.

19:47

Young uh is here for that, and we'll just uh ask if he will give us somewhat of a summation of this one.

19:54

It's a resolution of the City Council of City of Mansfield, Texas, approving construction contract with Encore Electric Delivery Company LLC in an amount not to exceed 241,976.53 cents and summation will be fine, sir.

Speaker 4

20:10

All right, this is the final piece to the phase one improvements and renovations of Julian Field Park.

20:15

Uh, we previously, all the other utility ATT charter have moved all of their lines and buried them.

20:20

So this final piece for Encore will to remove all of the overhead lines, bury them and/or move them across the street, including the seven poles that kind of start on Broad Street right here, a cluster on the corner, and then the three that kind of come down Magnolia down on that side.

20:36

So all of those poles will be removed, utilities moved across the street and/or buried.

Speaker 1

20:40

Mighty fine.

20:41

Any questions for Mr.

20:42

Young?

20:44

Oh, good.

Speaker 3

20:44

Thank

Speaker 1

20:45

you.

Speaker 3

20:46

Yes, sir.

20:46

Go ahead, Ms.

20:47

Broad.

20:47

So they're going to put six smaller polls.

20:49

I understand where we're roughly second.
