Uh I can't remember exactly.

0:02

Yes, we are.

0:02

That was going on.

0:03

Okay, I'm gonna call the meeting of the historic board of review to order the first item of the uh minutes from last meeting.

0:13

I move that we approve.

0:14

Second it.

0:15

Second.

0:16

Any discussion?

0:17

Yeah.

0:18

All those in favor?

0:22

Okay, we just have one applicant.

0:25

26 powder Spring Street, Cam Pilates, Sylvia Hernandez.

0:30

Sylvia, if you just come up and you can tell us a little bit about your project and see if there's any questions.

0:36

Okay, so um this is do you need to know about the business or just the exterior?

0:41

Oh, just your your application.

0:43

Okay, just the application.

0:44

Okay.

0:44

So um this is what it currently looks like right now.

0:47

So Elizabeth and I, when we first signed the lease, she had told me that she was interested in putting up an awning.

0:52

So I needed a sign and an awning, and then when you walk in there, they um kind of did the mock-up for me of what it could potentially look like.

1:02

And so that's basically what we're trying to do.

1:04

So I've met with the contractor who would basically just come in and remove the surrounding boxes that you saw on the previous one on the top.

1:12

And it's j um what they explained to me, I guess because Elizabeth just had it redone, so she just had hit them come back out, and that already is a piece of plywood underneath it, so that wouldn't have to be removed.

1:23

It just has the little box trims in there that would need to come out, and then it would paint the entire um surrounding all black.

1:30

The door would be painted black as well.

1:33

I'm gonna just for aesthetic purposes by the little gold clip plates.

1:37

Now on this rendering, he you know, included the double door.

1:41

Just because funds are low, as much as that looks prettier.

1:44

I'm probably just gonna leave the existing door, put the little gold plate, and then it would have the same striped awning.

1:51

Um, and then we would have the Calm Pilates sign, which is just gold lettering that would be adhered and then um also secured with clasps um with screws on each one.

2:02

Um that would just be a flat plate sign, nothing, no c uh lights or anything of the sort coming out.

2:08

The only light would be the ones already existing which will remain there, which is the little boxes on top.

2:15

Your application doesn't say replace the door, so you you should just leave the yeah, it's gonna be the existing door.

2:21

It just I because I just realized on this picture that it does have, I guess for some reason, maybe just for aesthetics or something, it put it's all yeah, so it's gonna be the existing door.

2:30

The only thing we're doing is painting, adding the awning, and removing the boxes and putting Calm Pilates up top.

2:37

Okay.

2:38

Questions, comments, anyone?

2:41

Well, comment, I think it looks outstanding.

2:43

Okay.

2:44

Thank you.

2:47

Anyone else?

2:52

Motion, someone I move that we approve this application.

2:55

Second.

2:56

Second, second.

2:57

Uh any discussion?

2:59

All those in favor.

3:01

Okay, you're done.

3:02

Thank you.

3:02

Thank you.

3:03

Anyone wants a Pilates membership?

3:05

You can also feel free to reach out to me.

3:07

We'll keep you in mind.

3:09

I don't know how many Pilates customers are in this group, but you never know.

3:14

I've done Pilates.

3:17

My wife tells me I need it.

3:19

It'll keep you young.

3:21

Oh, that's a good idea.

3:24

Thank you so much.

3:26

All right, thank you.

3:27
