- Purchase and sale agreements on Franklin Gateway Road: Motion approved 7-0 to execute a purchase and sale agreement with the City of Marietta as seller and AWPFC as purchaser for approximately 33 acres, and a purchase and sale agreement with FG Partners West LLC as seller and the City of Marietta as purchaser for approximately 10 acres. The mayor, city manager, and city attorney were authorized to execute all definitive documents.
