It has come to our attention that some alcohol, tobacco, and vape retail stores have recently failed to meet the necessary permits, notices, and compliance checks, which raise serious concerns about their ability to operate in a manner that aligns with our community safety and standards and protocols.

The safety and well-being of a community should always be one of our top priorities.

A community that deserves businesses that are committed to upholding the highest standards of operation.

By denying the license application of entities that do not comply with our rules, we take a stand for integrity, safety, and the well-being of our community.

We're also reinforcing the importance of compliance and accountability, ensuring all similar businesses are healthy, these same standards of excellence.
