So Eric, is this just a pretty typical um revert back to the city?

Uh ever since I've been at the city, we've been working with ADOT on essentially when they've built freeways, they've they've taken more right of way than they end up actually needing.

Um what we've been doing is cleaning up the process.

These are two of the last ones that hopefully will be coming.

Um and it it helps us that them turning us, turning back over some of the roadway delineates maintenance areas a little better for us.

And when we come and do a maintenance project, we can go all the way up to the to the concrete with with our asphalt project, and we don't leave a gap, which was happening in the past.

People are complaining you you fix the road except for the last you know 200 feet.

And so we're we're cleaning this up and and yeah, this is this is typical.

We we've done a number of these uh over the past few years.

We did 20 some odd of these with the US 60 um project when they came in and repaved everything uh after they they did their major work on the US 60 two or three years ago.

So it was hard for me to tell from exhibit A, but it's basically the sort of the north-south of each of these roads from the interchange, just a few feet out, correct?

It's about a hundred feet of that uh of asphalt that they're turning back over to us that we'll maintain.

And you and I had this discussion about uh this being a dot when we wanted to put it when we were asked to put in a left-hand turn at signal via.

Now this will be City of Mesa in that area on Signal Bute South on the south side.

We won't go, we won't go all the way up to the traffic signals at the interchange.

This this essentially um the the two areas of demarcation that we usually use are where they build their interchanges in concrete and and our roadways are in asphalt, so we usually take all the asphalt up to the concrete, but that's not into the intersection uh of the interchanges, or we go up to the fence line of of the US 60.
