The meeting included approval of a consent agenda and discussion of a rezoning and general plan amendment for the Lincoln development. All board members except one were present, achieving a quorum. The board voted unanimously on all items.

We'll call the meeting to order at 403. As part of the agenda for today, we do have a consent agenda. This will all be read into the record and acted on in one motion. Uh we thankfully we'll have Cassidy come in and read our consent agenda today for us. Thank you, Chair. Items on the consent agenda. Item 2A, the planning and zoning minutes from December 10th, 2005. Item 3A, piece number ZON25-00378. Angie's Prime Grill, point seven acres located approximately 575 feet east of the southeast corner of South Crisman Road and East Southern Avenue. Major site plan modification. This request will allow for a 1,692 square foot restaurant with a drive-through facility. Staff recommendation is continuance to the January 28th, 2026 Planning and Zoning Board meeting. Item 4A, ZON 25-00056, destination at Gateway FLM. 117 acres located at the southeast and southwest corners of East Williamsfield Road and South Signal Beat Butte Road. Council use permit for freeway landmark monument sign. This will allow for two freeway landmark signs. Staff recommendation is approval with conditions.
