0:55

Danica have any requests been made.

0:58

Chair board members, we do not have any blue cards.

1:00

Okay, perfect.

1:02

And now we'll ask uh principal planner Cassidy to read the consent agenda and from understand with the general plan we that will not be on it.

1:13

Um so this will just be the okay.

1:19

So since the general plan needs to be voted on before we do consent, do we need to do the general plan first and have uh and and open the public hearing, do that separate first and then do I mean what weren't with with no blue cards we're not doing uh full presentations, right?

1:38

So so should we just not do consent right now and just go to the read the general plan item first and then chair that's to your discretion.

1:47

You can certainly have the public meeting or excuse me, public hearing on the general plan first, okay and then move to consent.

1:55

Um you could do consent first and then have the general plan because this is uh just a recommendation, they don't necessarily have to be both taken off consent.

2:04

We just want to make sure we have a strong record that there were two public hearings held, so we are in compliance with the state statute.

2:11

Okay, gotcha.

2:12

So for my the benefit of uh of my OCD, we'll do that.

2:15

We'll do general plan first and then uh zoning afterwards since it seems like that's how the world order should work, right?

2:23

So on item uh three A to uh do you want to do we need to read the item first or just uh open the public hearing?

2:35

Uh if you can just open the public hearing, but you should identify what it is a public hearing for.

2:41

Okay, gotcha.

2:42

For item 3A GPA 26-00161 house crossing village seven.

2:52

Uh do I need to read the description too?

2:56

Okay.

2:57

So for this case, we will formally open the public hearing.

3:03

Are there any who would like to from the public who would like to speak?

3:11

Seeing none, we will formally close the public hearing.

3:18

Now that we've done that, can we do them both in one vote?

3:24

Okay, all right, Cassidy, you're up.

3:27

Thank you, Chair.

3:29

Um item 2A, the planning and zoning minutes from the July 22nd, 2026 Planning and Zoning Board.
