We're gonna start with opening public comment. You have three minutes. Okay, seeing none, we're gonna move on to 2.1, the consent agenda. Consideration of approval of the Tuesday, March 18th, 2025, redevelopment agency regular meeting minutes and the Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 redevelopment agency regular meeting minutes and the Tuesday, October 21st, 2025 redevelopment agency agenda. Um any public comment on the consent agenda. Okay, seeing none, I'll ask for a motion. Councilwoman Fielding. Thank you, board chair. Um, I will make a motion to accept the consent agenda. Uh right now, uh, they did the uh landscaping tree trimming and then uh the clean the yard. But uh we gotta have uh inside the inspections again with the Hesimet company based on Utah. Uh so uh they're gonna come and you do the uh estimates and we're gonna get auditioner bill and at that time I'm gonna come back here and ask more approval. Okay, thank you. Thank you, Simon. Uh I assume there's a lien gonna the intent is to lean the property, the money that's collected from that lien would go back to the redevelopment agency. Is that correct? That's correct. Yes.
