Please come forward. Okay, seeing none, we'll go ahead and move on to item two, our work session. We do have a couple of things to add. Um Julie, do you want to start off for us? Oh no, Bryce is here. Sorry, Bryce. I did make it on time, yes. Um I know we have the uh budget work session after tech review, but I wanted to add approval for the tentative budget to next week's council meeting. Okay. Um public comment. Do we have any public comment on adding the budget approval to the count the meeting? Okay, seeing none. Uh motion from council. Councilman Ennis. I'll go ahead and make that motion to add the budget approval next council meeting. Councilwoman Gallow? I'll say I'll second. Call for the vote. Guilding and I. Galloway. Okay, Mr. Anderson, you also have something you'd like to add. Yes, as the council knows, there's been um ongoing litigation with the former chief. Uh, we had reached a settlement, but there's some disputes that have arisen regarding the settlement. And um, so I've provided language that I'd like on the agenda for next time so that we can um continue with the ongoing efforts to resolve the case. Okay, should I read that out or yeah, that's fine if you'd like to read it out. So consideration of the settlement of Chesley versus City Musquite.
