0:12

It's just you, Rick.

0:13

You got all right.

0:18

We'll go on to number two, our work session.

0:22

So, Randy, you wanna uh mayor counsel.

0:33

I just want to add to the consent agenda.

0:35

I've got a lot of equipment over at the old uh the old high school gym, the campus.

0:39

It's a lot of uh gymnastics equipment.

0:41

I'd like to put that on a consent to uh auction those items off.

0:46

So and it's in the should be in the file, but yeah.

0:49

Okay, you're gonna off you can auction those two backboards.

0:54

Depends on who wants them because I know you want one.

0:56

I wanna I want to bet on it.

0:57

I know.

0:58

Well, to be determined, but right now it's just basically the gymnastics equipment.

1:02

There's a trampoline, and there's a bunch of bunch of miscellaneous stuff in there.

1:06

We're just trying to clean it up.

1:09

I have needs to go through the auction process, which they're aware of.

1:12

Uh I'm hoping that they snag a bunch of it.

1:16

But yeah, cool.

1:17

Thanks, Randy.

1:19

Um, do we have any public comment on that?

1:22

Do we have a motion?

1:23

Councilwoman Fielding.

1:26

I will make a motion to add the equipment inventory to um be auctioned off.

1:33

Councilwoman Gallow?

1:34

I'll second.

1:35

Okay, call for the vote.

1:39

Galloway.

1:40

And I apologize.

1:41

I want to excuse Councilman Wanless.

1:43

So he let me know that he wasn't gonna be here today.

1:46

But um Rice, did you have yeah?

1:52

I wanted to add to Nick next week's agenda a presentation on city funds.

1:59

And so, yeah, it's just present uh presentation, it's not a budget one just to kind of go over city funds.

2:06

Kind of like on fund accounts, unfund accounts, yep, just kind of purposes, just a high-level overview of those, and um also discuss that money of that net position that was brought up during last council session.

2:20

Okay, any public comment on that?

2:23

Okay, do I have a motion?

2:25

Councilwoman Fielding.

2:28

I will make a motion to add a presentation um regarding city funds and discussion.

2:34

Okay, councilwoman Gallard, you want to second that?

2:36

Sure, I'll second.

2:37

Okay, call for the vote.

2:42

Gallow I.

2:43

Anything else?

2:46

Becca?

2:46

Yep, just one thing from me.

2:48

Um, so with the fact finding um it's at 6.3 right now.

2:53

It just needs to be a presentation that we have to present what um the financial impacts were with that fact finding.

3:00

Um, so if we could move it up, I'd like to ask that we move that up to presentations.

3:05

Okay.

3:06

Um public comment on that.

3:10

Do I have a motion on that?

3:12

We need a motion.

3:12

So there will not be any discussion and uh possible action.

3:16

Is that what you're saying, Becca?

3:18

No discussion and possible action.

3:21

I don't know about the discussion, but the only thing you'd have to do is uh approve the presentation.

3:26

Yeah, and there is discussion.

3:28

The statute talks about discussion um of uh of the report, like there can be some discussion back and forth, but we have to be careful because there's it talks about how um there's certain things that shouldn't be discussed as well, but we'll address that more in the meeting next week.

3:42

But there's no action to be taken, but there's okay, there's a statutory requirement to present.

3:48

So that actually gets moved up to section three, then is that what you're saying?

3:53

Yes, that's why I'd like to have you put in six point three six point three.

4:10

Okay, do I have a motion on that?

4:13

I'll I'll make that motion.

4:14

Okay, do I have a second?

4:16

I'll second.

4:17

Okay, call for the vote.

4:21

Galilei.

4:24

Any other okay?

4:28

Closing public comment.

4:30

This meeting is adjourned.

4:32

I think this is a new record.

4:33

So oh, sorry.

4:35

Travis, all I was gonna do is just give you a quick rundown of uh what we've got.

4:41

So the the boulevard project is wrapping up.

4:44

We should have all of the manholes raised uh this week, and then they're coming actually tonight during the night to do a final sweeping of the gutters and cleanup on that.

4:55

Um then we'll be doing the closeout documents.

5:00

We are doing a walkthrough um creating a punch list that they'll be working on probably the next couple weeks.

5:05

Um, and then but other than that, we're we're right there.

5:10

Levitt Lane, uh just as a quick update, they got the paving done last week.

5:15

They will be working on the head walls and the wing walls on that, putting in the riprap.

5:21

They have to stripe it and then cut the drainage swell.

5:24

So we won't open that for probably another two to three weeks, but then once we do that, we'll close off Hafen Lane so that they can finish that portion.

5:34

Um, but that project's looking really good.

5:36

So that was just a just a quick rundown of what I wanted to share with you.

5:40

Thanks, Travis.

5:42

Okay.
