Okay, seeing none, we're gonna move to 2.1, the consent agenda, consideration of approval of the Tuesday, May 5th, 2026 redevelopment agency meeting minutes. The Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026. Item 3.1 consideration approval of 2825.74 cents RDA grant request from 92 West Musquite Boulevard for a new sign. Martine. Thank you, board chair. Um, so this property was purchased, was sold um at the end of last year, so they'd like to put up a new sign. And I checked with Simon about the size, you know, and make making sure that it met the criteria for the design element of the downtown business district. It had to be a certain percentage of the side, and it and it does meet the criteria. They're gonna do a lot of renovation on there. I mean, that property is just getting better and better and better. It's like had they cleared everybody out of there. It looks like remodeling. Okay, good. And they just built the new ones in back, are pretty new. So yeah. But I mean, for a while there, those the empty pool that was never filled, and I mean the property just looks so much better. Did you have any questions? Any questions from council?
