The committee then voted to approve Item 2A and Item 3A (Older Adults Home Modification Grant) together.
- Public Hearing – Item 1G1 (Consolidated Plan and Action Plan): After the public hearing, the committee approved the resolution for the FY 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, FY 2025 Action Plan, and related amendments. The vote was 4-0.

Commissioner McGee, nice to see you. My name is Sharon Fraser Stevens, 163. I mean 6324, Northeast, first place, Miami, Florida. I'm up here speaking about reasonable opportunity and about housing. This is a housing committee. I was sitting down there since 1230 because I brought a senior citizen with me. So you see you hear me out of breath because I have COPD and asthma and I have SAC in my back. So I was trying to get here in time so I can get the agenda and speak. But I'm speaking on. And all the housing that's up and down 36th Street from 7th Avenue all the way down to 30. None of them is on that list. But seeing how none of them, we don't see. They're giving us something back from 2009, 08, 06. We need the updated list because I cannot advocate for these disabled seniors and some of these disabled people because we don't have the up-to-date list. The last list I had was 2009. So I went through that list while I was home. So please, can you instruct the new director of housing to give us a real copy of the real list in real time? Thank you, Chairman, and God bless you.
