Um I am here in support of the noise ordinance because uh in our city, without realizing that Commissioner Steinberg is sponsoring this item.

I had created this because we do have a lot of issues.

We have uh boats that are parked uh in their docks and um turning on loud music in neighborhoods that are family-oriented, twerking and putting up Instagram videos of you know their dancing and videotaping certain things, and we see that all the time, and I think that um having that uh prima fascia violation available and also um getting a little bit more strict with the distance and being clear about it, is very important.
