- Item 3B (Application CDMP20210013): Filed by SOUTH DIXIE AND 122 LLC, this amendment concerned property on the north side of SW 122nd Street adjacent to the west side of the South Dade Transitway. Applicant representative Melissa Tapenez requested a deferral to March 21, 2024, citing a request from homeowners. Attorney David Winker, representing homeowners, objected, stating the homeowners had not requested a deferral. Commissioner (District 8) noted a letter from over 30 homeowners requesting a delay until mid-March. Um, so if I could have uh upstairs have them turn on the mics, I'm gonna ask the clerk uh to take roll to see if we can get going. We have a pretty dense agenda, and I know that um some commissioners have to leave early, so we're gonna do our best to keep quorum. Um, but I just want everyone uh to settle down a little bit and get ready to start. Just a few rules. Uh we don't clap, we don't cheer. Uh we will have an opportunity for folks to speak, and we will call you up when your items um are ready. I asked you to be expedient um in the sense that you need to start your speaking with your name and address. Um, the attorneys um and the parties will have an opportunity to present depending on the item. We'll explain that as we go along. We're gonna set the agenda up first and then we'll move on from there. I'm I don't like hopping around agendas, so we're gonna try um to keep it pretty predictable, but since we have issues with quorum, we are gonna attempt to dispense of the easy ones in case we lose quorum. So we're gonna leave the difficult ones a little bit towards uh the end, but we're not gonna make you wait long. We're gonna try and move through things as quickly as possible.
