Mr. Chair, you have special item number one, which is the public health trust report regarding the Miami Dade County Annual External Audit for fiscal year 2022-23. All right. Mr. Chair, Commissioners, I'm Carlos Migoya, President CEO of Jackson Health. With me is Mark Knider, Chief Financial Officer. We're here to present to you this year's auditive financial statement. And um to tell you that it comes unqualified with no uh no exceptions of any kind. And uh for the 13th year in a row, we we've been on the on the on the profitable side. So I have nothing else to say except if you have any questions, I'm more than happy to send uh answer. Thank you, Mr. President. Any questions from the dance? Uh seeing none, madam clerk, do we I mean attorney we make a motion to accept or we just um motion be accepts been made by Commissioner Bastion. Second, it's been seconded by Commissioner Regalado.
