At this meeting, the board may take action to approve ordinances, resolutions, motions, reports, or other documents and discussion items related there too that may under the board's rules and other applicable law be placed on the agenda for the special meeting. Mr. Gonzalez, you're recognized. This was the missing piece of the Aventura Bridge that allowed. Sorry. I'm going to wait, Mr. Chair. Yeah. Can you guys be quiet as you exit the chamber, please? Go ahead. So this was the last missing piece in our agreement. We we built the Bright Line Station in Aventura. The uh landing of the East Bridge was unknown. My agreement say we'll come back and address it. We have been working with the mall owner for many years, um, through various commissioners. And we're we're here today with with an easement. Uh but there's a second step, and I just want to put it on the record that we will be back. We've asked um the county for help with now that we've identified the landing, there's additional costs that are doing that. We have to come back. And there was dollars set aside, uh, four million dollars that came from Aventura for aesthetics and make the the the landing and the bridge overall better. That has to be now allocated to a project. So I just want to put that on the record. Our attorneys asked me to put on the record that we will be back, but we've worked very hard with the county and the turnbury team to get this here, and we want to see this move forward. But we want to make sure there's another step, and I think Commissioner Higgins has been gracious to to help us with this. So uh just want to say that for the record. Thank you, Mr. Chair.
