Uh, we're here today with uh our chief financial officer Mark Knight to present to you the audit uh for the public health trust that was completed at September 30th of uh 24.

Uh it's an unqualified uh opinion uh with no exception, so I'll pass it on to Mark to give you a brief presentation.

Uh each of you were provided with an electronic copy of the fiscal year 24 external audit completed by KPMG.

This is our 12th consecutive name and address, please.

Uh Mark Knight, Chief Financial Officer of Jackson Health System.

Each of you were provided with an electronic copy last month of the external audit completed by KPMG with no uh deficiencies or um weaknesses noted.

This is the 12th consecutive year of profitability or excess revenues for the system, and uh we are pleased to present that for your acceptance.

I am the uh chairman of the public health trust.

Behind me are members over your public health trust, who I'm just here to be the voice of this morning.

Um it is my privilege to serve on this board and to address this chamber today.
