- Approved the third amendment to the cruise terminal agreement with NCL (Bahamas) Ltd., with an estimated positive fiscal impact of $851,092,213.
- Awarded a non-competitive contract to Magnum Construction Management, LLC for a new chiller plant at Miami International Airport at $29,259,230.
- Authorized state funding applications for the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue tanker project (up to $35,293,244) and other grant agreements.

- Item 5E: Resolution declaring surplus four public housing properties (Arthur Mays Villas, Naranja, Modello II, Pine Island) for affordable homeownership redevelopment with SG South Miami-Dade Ventures, LLC. Adopted 11-1.

Our presentations, I guess we're gonna be the first one, and then we're gonna we have two from Commissioner Bastien that we'll have also. Um right? Is that the way you want it? All right, okay, that's the way it is. That way it'll be take the other one off. So I'll give you the other mic that way. No, I know because you're waiting for some people, right? Okay, let's do it. Then uh, where's uh the uh proclamation, uh Mr. Fresco? Oh, there you are, okay. All right, there we go. Thank you. Okay, gonna do this timely. Somebody forgot my gold pen because I see Gilbert's uh green, but not my gold. Okay, I don't know who's gonna be the all right. We're gonna first of all uh thank you so much, Commissioner, for being here with us, and uh we have the mayor in the house also. So as we all know, we have different districts, and uh one of the things that uh we've tried to do in District 12 is to bring some art to the area, and the Durral Contemporary Art Museum started Marcelo, how long? Probably when I had hair, it was a while back, back in like 2014, 2015. And it's um very important because uh in the western part of the county, we don't have uh we have a lot of county buildings where we don't have a lot of art, and the Durral Contemporary Art Museum, or DORCAM, as they're known, has made significant contributions to the cultural landscape of Miami Dade County by promoting contemporary art and supporting both local and international artists through his exhibitions, educational programs and community initiatives. The most important thing, they go out to the students. Uh and they also go east, by the way. So who don't know, they also come down here to the Avrion Ars. So through their mission to elevate understanding and appreciation of art that reflects Miami Dade County's incredible diversity, the Dural Contemporary Art Museum has curated exhibitions featuring artists from many nationalities celebrating, including by the way, Haiti, uh enrichment across generations. So uh obviously, you know, uh today, now therefore, on behalf of how I'm the mayor, which I'm gonna give her the mic in a second, who's the mayor of Miami Dade County and Chairman Anthony Rodriguez and the rest of us on the Board of County Commissioners, including my colleague to my right. Uh, we do hereby proclaim Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 is Dural Contemporary Art Museum Day. So, Marcelo, coming up. Great, thank you so much. Thank you, uh, Commissioner Bermudis and Commissioner Bastien uh for recognizing this important art institution. And I've had the great pleasure to visit on numerous occasions, and I'm very, very proud uh that with the advocacy and leadership of you folks at West, you make sure we have uh a contemporary arts uh museum out there. Um, and it really speaks to the fact that art is not just for the elite, it's for everyone. And this is really a people focused art venue, and uh all kinds of things that you celebrate there. So I'm just grateful to be part of it, and thank you so much, Mr. Commissioner. Thank you. Commissioner, you want to see? Well, uh, all I'd like to say, uh, welcome and congratulations. As we know, art is life. Art is life. People come from all around the world to admire our art. And then your institution is gonna contribute greatly to this uh uh effort. So thank you.
