Um so the first issue is the preliminary discussion of potential annexation.

Is it a town of certain territory contingents to the present limits of the town of Millsboro?

The parcel thereof owned by Adrian Mobella identified as Sussex County Tax Map and parcel number two three three five eleven one eleven handy road Millsboro, Delaware 1996 with a zoning of highway commercial.

So do we have any advantages?

So this is adjoining the uh town lakes development.

My name's Adrian Mobilio.

Um we uh my wife is a iDoctor here in the town of Millsboro at IZ Inc.

And her lease will be expiring at the location she's at in the food line plaza.

So we bought this property to uh build the building that would allow her to offer more services and hire more doctors and have more space and build a building there and move her practice over.

And it looked like the best thing to do is to request the annexation to the town, given that the orders of the property to the north and to the east.

We're already parts of the town of Millsboro, annex in, get water sewer, change the zoning to make it an office building and move forward that way.
