So that'd be 275.

Do you have Wisfys for your account or oh we we do wire we're yeah we'll perfect people so actually you'll connect the dots there between Ava and Nadine.

And that would put us at 465 which really when you look at last year's budget that was you know that that's a good sign.

So yeah so we'll do the rest I mean to speed kind of pull an adround account for the deposits so it's better okay uh volunteers um how are you on volunteers for the stars and stripes portion of the um yeah see we've been talking about that right so we're pretty good for like we're the field we're not really oh you know what Nadine I apologize Bob I don't know if you can hear Nadine oh yeah yes yeah I can kind of pay perfect all right we got coverage at the ball part and uh the chamber but I don't know not the really the grade you have some people right we have um so Steve Oscar at Sussex Academy is working on still getting their Leo Club I know school's wrapping up whether he's still working with the students and then we have Kevin McManus Pat Minick Brian Furio TMI hardstein Irina Gillarick Kathleen Heidel are all gonna work or volunteer downtown um for the parade and then the Indian River women's club had reached out to Nadine and said that they were interested in volunteering during the daytime as well and then Wisp Chamber probably yeah and then um Wisfus they have reached out and they are interested in their staff volunteering for the cleanup at the end of the great and that's they've done that in the past yeah that's that's good.

And uh since we're talking about cleanup we do have two dumpsters Nadine were you able to secure trash cans?

I'm pretty sure he's slow he I I asked him for a quote he'll show up but okay yeah I just got to reach out to him again and then public works it sounds like chambers got all the garbage pickup and then Ashley's got coordinated with Delaware Solid waste to take the dumpsters out so I don't we don't need you all on site to do any any cleanup last year and the year before we hung the big contractor bits along the fence our volunteers like hide them so if people in the field would throw their stuff in and then the end we might cut them all off that okay so we'll get the contractor base is that would uh great um parade entries what are we up to now we uh um we have 26 definite with two more potential and that does not include the individual LSVs that's just I counted them as one entry and then the classic cars I counted that as one entry as well do we have a listing of them I can read them if you'd like you email or clear okay yeah yeah and so what we typically do at the Christmas parade is we get a uh satellite photo of the parking lot and then we'll do like um blocking out and we figure out how long everybody's and that's one of the things that's on the registration is how long is your is your vehicle so then we map it all out uh we do have the parking lot we've got a couple roads closed around there so we can stage down the roads if need be but that's the kind of stuff we need to do once it's cut off is to figure out where it all is or where it all is and then everybody submits which they want to have red uh which Gary's volunteered to be the MC so we will get that to you I've done the MC job and one of the most confusing parts is is when people add in last minute entries and you're waiting to see somebody come to figure out what to say it's better to have it all pre pre and some people won't show up I mean that's just that's what happens but we'll update the list the better I am to uh the change the uh the agenda if we have to absolutely um so at some point ashley and Nadine and whoever can I sit down with you guys so I have an idea of what I'm doing.

And maybe basically it's just welcome everybody to the event, and then you're just reading off the uh the the names of of the different floats as they come through, and then at the end, I would just say direct everybody over to Stars and Stripes uh to the fireworks.

So um there's there's two potential other groups.

I don't know if you anyone has heard back.

One is the uh ocean grove acute care folks that were supposed to be uh up to a dozen or more different year Mustangs, classic Mustangs.

So I'm waiting for final word on that, and then last night I stopped by the I think they call themselves the county county seat classic cars that stage Tuesday nights at the uh Dairy Queen park a lot, and that was the first time anyone has touch base with them.

So I sent them electronically the uh the flyer as well as the application, and they're gonna see if they can get some folks together for that as well.

Oh, I'd say that that will be uh that less than an hour uh parade.

I mean, but we have a couple walkers.

The two hours is um from two to four is like the live music and the downtown, and then the parade kicks off at four.

So there was no really starts at four, yeah, yep, yep.
